This would seem to be a myrtle (yellow-rumped) warbler, though its coloration is a bit more brown than the average male, and yet includes the bright yellow on the crown which the female does not have. Warbler identification is tricky even for many experienced ornithologists, so I’ll rest with titling this post "Warbler."
